History of Taekwondo at International Moon Moo Kwan
Before the formation of Kukkiwon-
The name was tentatively established in 1956 with a temporary meeting at the Air Force Unit, and around 1966, the president of the International Taekwondo Federation, Choi Hong-hee, suggested what to do with the name, and the name Moon Moo Kwan was used.
That year, with the full support of the Air Force Unit, the Suwon Air Force Unit formally established the name, and on April 10, 1969, the ability was recognized and even the instructors of the Navy unit were entrusted with entrusted education, resulting in consignment education for the Air Force and the Navy at the same time. By becoming a member, the official first relationship with the military unit begins.
Moon Moo Kwan Taekwondo

After the Formation of Kukkiwon-
At the time when all halls were integrated into Kukkiwon, many instructors objected to the proposal to merge into other halls and join them, so they chose their own path.
As a result, various restrictions were placed on the official activities, and the activities began in earnest under the name of the Korea Professional Taekwondo Federation, which was founded in 1970.
In 1990, the Korean Professional Taekwondo Federation was officially established, and after that, organizations such as Muhak and Cheonmu-geuk were born.
Currently, organizations that carry on traditional techniques include Cheonmugeuk, Muhak Federation, etc., other than Moon Moo Kwan, and other similar organizations are not recognized.
Until now, the disciples of Director Park Young-Soo are working hard for the development of Taekwondo in various organizations like the above.
Current-
It has the International Moon Moo Kwan Taekwondo Federation, which is a U.S. federal law that preserves and continues the techniques of the late Park Young-soo, and is divided into the Moon Moo Do Bin Taekwondo Federation led by Kim Chang-young.
